My front house gate is broken. I have the original gate, Need a person who can fix/repair exactly like the one in Picture 2. Looking for a reliable welder/fabricator for installation.

Need someone to fix this door handle - perhaps replace handle and add metal plate underneath where damage is? (E.g per pic of another handle in the house) OR replace door and handle and paint door. I’ll be happy to pay for materials you need separately if required. Open to suggested fixes. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Purchase and secure a jarrah floorboard into gap from to connecting floors. Some of the floor boards may require fixing onto joist as too short. House is vacant and length is 3.18m and a 130mm plank should work. Others are 83m and the new floor boards may require will run along the gap

Buggy 2001 Delica - ABS glitch, Centre Difflock glitch, some suspension bushes need swapping out, Maybe 2.8 diesel rear main, big end bearings, injector pump seal(s) and timing chain kit 4. Unregistered 1998 Delica 3l V6 to be licensed, More suspension bushes, possibly upper engine oil leak .. Open to suggestions but I was thinking hourly rate at my location, subject to efficiency and results. I have a lot of kit but not everything, like a press, but I might get one.
