A variety of household maintenance jobs on my home. This work will be done over several weeks, preferably starting between the 16th and 26th of September (school holidays). After that you'll need to be available on Mondays or Saturdays, as I work the other days and have a big dog. You need your own tools and sound experience and references for household maintenance. Jobs include plastering small holes in walls; fixing broken vanity and rail in bathroom; replacing a kitchen sink, replacing a back door, installing bedroom blinds; fixing bedroom shelving; minor paint repairs; fixing leaky taps; repairing dry rot on outside walls. Split level house requires some shrubs to be trimmed away from the house to prevent ants/insects using the leaves as a highway! The lower side of the house is two storey, so will need a ladder to access and cut the shrubs etc. Front of the house has a palm tree that can be removed to the ground, for which I will then poison.
