About the home: - Its front is 3 stories high - Its back is 2 stories high - Approx 35-45 degrees roof - The roof's total area is about 160 square meters - Terracotta Tiled roof - There are no observable leaks - Attached are a few photos FYI Work needed: - Whole roof Hhigh-pressure clean, and remove moss and algae - Whole roof fix bedding and pointing - Fix/replace damaged/broken/loose/misplaced tiles where necessary. I don't have spare tiles so I need them to be provided in this case.
