Hi there my dishwasher is leaking due to the pipe inside leaking hope you could help me fix it

Guest took a shower and water ended up leaking into apartment. There are issues with shower drainage, need help looking into it. First time happening. Might just be some hair blocking water drainage but would like someone to check/clean it.

Need to do yearly clean and service our inside and outside aircon unit.
