We have two sliding doors that require inspection and repair. The first door is located outside the dining room. It is a timber-framed sliding door with glass panels, approximately 2040 mm high and 1200 mm wide. It runs on two wheels along a bottom track. Due to its age, it no longer slides smoothly and occasionally gets stuck. The lock is also faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. The second door is a top-hung sliding door, approximately 82 cm wide and 204 cm high. It also does not slide smoothly and occasionally gets stuck on the track. Need a handy man that has a drill with all the pieces and a tall ladder 🪜 to help remove some temporary cat netting and dog fence that we installed. House being sold by the owner and they have people coming to look today and I just realised I have to take these off fast but I only have the very basic screwdriver 🪛 attachments for my drill. Have attached some photos of the screw bit for what they look like but it’s too dark to get ones of the cat net area but I believe they’re the same. Will need a tall ladder as it’s attached to guttering.

Juts remove the bulk head at the top of yeh cabinets an add new cornice

I bought a smart bidet toilet seat and my old housemate put it in. We kept the old one and I’ve moved out and want to take it with me and have the old toilet seat put back in. It’s just a matter of turning the two handles underneath to get the seat off and will need a wrench to remove the double adapter from the tap and reattach the pipe from the cistern to the tap and then putting the old one back on with the two handles underneath. Should only take 5 mins. Preferably anytime from now to 1pm as cleaners are coming at 1. Price negotiable
