Its timber/particleboard floor and supporting structure are badly rotted and collapsing, so care is required when working around it. The task includes: - Safely dismantling the complete steel shed, including its roof, walls, door and frame - Removing the entire failed floor - Removing the timber supports, loose bricks or other shed-supporting materials underneath - Cutting materials into manageable sections where necessary - Carrying everything from the rear garden to your vehicle - Transporting and lawfully disposing of all shed-related waste - Sweeping or raking the immediate work area and leaving it safe and tidy The shed is empty. I'm looking for an experienced concreter to supply and pour a concrete slab for a slim garden shed along my back fence. Approximate slab dimensions are 900 mm wide × 5,365 mm long, with a thickness of around 100–150 mm (happy to take your advice on the most suitable thickness). The area is prone to flooding, so I'd like the slab raised above ground level where practical to help prevent water entering the shed. Please include everything required for the job, including site preparation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Access is available via the driveway, the slab will be behind the current shed.
