I'm looking for someone to demolish and remove two old garden sheds at my property in Banora Point, NSW. The sheds are in poor condition and are being removed. Everything can be demolished—there is no need to salvage any materials. Scope of works: Empty any remaining contents into the onsite skip bin. Demolish both timber sheds. Cut up larger sections if required. Load all demolition waste into the skip bin. Leave the area clean and tidy once complete. The sheds contain a mixture of old shelving, timber, plastic storage crates and general rubbish (see photos). Everything is to be disposed of unless I advise otherwise on the day.

Approximate slab dimensions are 900 mm wide × 5,365 mm long, with a thickness of around 100–150 mm (happy to take your advice on the most suitable thickness). The area is prone to flooding, so I'd like the slab raised above ground level where practical to help prevent water entering the shed. Please include everything required for the job, including site preparation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Access is available via the driveway, the slab will be behind the current shed.
