Find an experienced handyman in Eltham

One of my indoor handle is broken. I need someone replace it

- Blinds: X3 cords can be put on and smaller one can be adjusted so it doesn't fall down. - Ensuite shower holder can't be tightened, new shower holder needs to be installed (may need new head with cord )

- There is water damage/mould in bedroom ceiling (pictured). Upon investigation it seems that the water is coming from shower upstairs. - remove the mold on damaged ceiling, patch up and paint in matched colour. Find out if the leak is from the shower silicone coming off or a pipe? - Re-silicon inside of shower in white colour if needed

I want to remove loose insulation in 2 storey house and replace with batts.

The top edge of our bathroom door is sticking in doorframe making it really difficult to close and lock. Not sure if it needs re-planing, or if the problem is with the doorframe itself. Need a carpenter or handyman to repair.

We need 4 x ceiling holes plastered (patch and sanding - no painting). 3 x holes are due to fan installation - see photos. 1 x hole is due to water damage from a leaking shower tap from the floor above.

260 cm Wide x 72 cm Hight. Wish to have this wall rebuilt. Will require digging the soil back from the wall and then removing and rebuilding the wall as per pictures.

Regrout area of bathroom. Floor 2.6m x1.55m Shower wall 1.8m x .8m times 2 walls

Two small holes and a indentation in the wall to be fixed - Due date: Flexible

We have just had a spa maintenance service and as a result they've had to dismantle a couple of pieces of our decking. Would love someone handy to pop out and put the timber back together. We also have 2 pieces of an inbuilt seat in our deck pop out, just need to be screwed back in. Would think it's a pretty straightforward and simple task, all screws and parts should be here. We've moved in not too long ago so don't have the tools or the time currently! Asap preferred. Pictures attached. - Due date: Before Monday, 25 December 2023
