We have 2 sliding doors that require a sliding pet screen (not fly screen, we require thicker mesh) installed. There is an existing rail on both doors. During install, please made sure that the the screen can be secured shut. The shut doesn’t need to be a lock, hook type is ok. No supplies provided.

The kitchen tap handle is not attatched but the tap is still working fine. There is an inbuilt bathroom stripe light connected to the switch, unsure how to fix that. Might need a new one. Bedroom door handle is broken the parts are still there but just unattached.

I have a sliding glass door in my apartment that I am looking to decommission. The door sits between my apartment and the wintergarden. The sliding glass doors themselves have already been removed. The frame now needs to come out. For the most part this looks like a simple task however there is one wall along which there is a seam with an adjacent (internal) frame. This side of the frame looks like will need a cut and repair. I have tried to mark that clearly. This area will need some cosmetic work or capping of some kind. I need to engage someone asap so I can grab insurance details for the minor works application and get the ball rolling.
