The kitchen tap handle is not attatched but the tap is still working fine. There is an inbuilt bathroom stripe light connected to the switch, unsure how to fix that. Might need a new one. Bedroom door handle is broken the parts are still there but just unattached.

The frame now needs to come out. For the most part this looks like a simple task however there is one wall along which there is a seam with an adjacent (internal) frame. This side of the frame looks like will need a cut and repair. I have tried to mark that clearly. This area will need some cosmetic work or capping of some kind. I need to engage someone asap so I can grab insurance details for the minor works application and get the ball rolling.
