Purchase and install a door seal strip on our front door (see photos) to keep dirt/insects/cold air out. The door is 1100 wide and opens inwards. When the door is closed, there is an immediate step down so there is no area for the strip to seal onto on the outside (see photos). This may mean that the strip has to be installed internally. We are getting our house painted on Monday so would need someone to come before then.

The door is currently extremely heavy and almost impossible (for me) to slide. I've only managed to force it open once with great effort.

The door for one of our meeting rooms keeps getting jammed on the floor, please help make sure it operated smoothly.

Hi! I need someone today or tomorrow (Tuesday) to replace my bedroom doorknob. I purchased a standard one online but it doesn’t seem to be the right fit, so if you could please supply a compatible round doorknob from Bunnings (must be locked from the outside)- I will reimburse of course. No lever handles please (my cat can open them). It’s a rental, so it must fit the existing holes- no drilling or major changes.
