My bathroom door handle broke and needs replacing. I've already bought the new one (Lockwood 63mm Chrome Plate Velocity Saltbush Privacy Leverset) so no need to buy anything. What's involved: - Fit the new privacy leverset and strike plate (latch and screws all included in the box) - The new rose is 63mm and suits a 50–54mm cut-out, so some drilling / enlarging of the existing holes is likely needed - Fill and sand any old screw holes or gaps that the new rose doesn't cover - Repaint the patched area to match the existing white door The door is a standard internal white painted door. Please bring your own tools, filler and paint.

Need ring doorbell bracket installed. My drill goes in a few cm and then stops so may be steel behind brick. Do not need installation of doorbell itself, only need the bracket screwed in.
