We need a garage door repaired to close all the way. The situation is that the door closes and hits the side will which causes it to not fully close. The motor is brand new and working well. We also need half a fence extension added. Materials ready to go.

1 bathroom door needs to be removed from hinges. The door will be sent off to somone to sand, waterproof, repair, paint etc. Will then need to come back again at a later date when the door is ready to reattach again. Only need the door to be removed and then re-attached again when the door comes back. Budget is $300 total, looking to pay $100 to remove the door then pay another $100 gain to re-attach the door.
