A handyman is required to replace about 12-14 suspended ceiling tiles in a Dandenong South Office building due to water damage. Some are full size (1200x600mm) and some are half or smaller sizes that require cutting. Ceiling tiles are aleady on site. Most of them are easily replaced using a step ladder in the office, but a ladder about 4 meter is required to replace one corner tile since it's located above a stairway (see picture). Estimate time of job is about 1.5 to 2 hours max. You must have a suitable ladder and a good knife and a long metal ruler (to cut the soft tiles).
