No sagging, cosmetic joint movement only. We believed the previous tenant tried to recaulk the gaps but it was poorly done. It may require proper repair using flexible filler and repaint to blend. Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.

I’m seeking a reliable and experienced plasterer to repair a water damaged ceiling and cornice in a rental property located in Altona North. The roof leak has already been repaired. The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. The appointed person will need to directly organise with the tenants to arrange a suitable date and time for access.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that. Reattach Kitchen cornices - 2 pieces as shown in the pictures. Cornices to be attached to Kitchen joinery and ceiling. Cornice edges may need to be sanded down as existing dried filler is still attached. Tasker is to bring their own nails, adhesive and filler.
