Need to patch up some player and replace maybe 2m height by 500 piece. Need 1 sheet roughly 1m wide by 2.4 metres high put on and 4 small cornices in the laundry. I’ll provide all materials.

We are updating our living room, We need a a small 100mm x 610mm x5m bulkhead build across our ceiling of our living room. Cornice needs to be moved, or new piece installed and plaster finished off ready for painting. Allowance for cupboard installation, electrical and new flue from fireplace to be made in framework.

We are looking for an experienced plasterer with cornice repair experience to repair approximately 3.8 metres of existing decorative cornice in our home in Hawthorn East. The cornice has developed cracks at a join and along the lower edge, with some areas of the finish appearing loose or chipped. Work required: Inspect the damaged cornice and assess the cause of the cracking. Repair and secure the existing cornice where possible. Looking for an experienced plasterer or handy person to fix a cracking internal wall corner and cornice joint. ​Scope of Work: ​Rake out and repair a hairline crack running down an internal wall corner and where it meets the ceiling cornice (approx. 2 to 2.5 meters total length). ​Tape and patch using appropriate base coat/joint compound so it doesn't crack again and then ​Sand back smooth. ​ ​Please let me know in your offer if you use fast-setting compounds so this can be completed in one visit
