Install Art Deco Cornice to bedroom, with exiting brick walls. Cornice is on site ready to install from next week. Cornice style in photos from rest of house. Must be competent in this style of plaster work.

Have 4x lengths of Skippy plaster cornice from DFN Plaster. Need them cut and installed in a square bedroom. 3.3m x 2.65m. Have premix cornice cement already so all materials already here. Also have a compound mitre saw. I can help hold cornice if required. An additional ladder would be handy but would get by. Old cornice already removed. No need to paint, literally just cut and install.

Need it doing before the 8th of December The whole room is a simple rectangle, only thing to work around is an AC unit. It will just be a simple cove shape, plaster, from Bunnings perhaps (unless you can recommend a better product). I can only fit 3m pieces in the elevator, so you’ll have to join and fill.

Crack repair on the wall, roof and cornice

Two holes where the cornices were are needing to be filled. We opted for a shorter shower screen and didn’t tile all the way as originally planned which has left the holes open.

Plaster cornice needs replacing. A leak was fixed years ago which damaged the cornice. It was never replaced. We are preparing for sale, painter is coming in a weeks time.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). Seeking an experienced plasterer/tradesperson to install approx 11m of cornice. The room is approx 3.4 x 2.3 in width and length and ceiling approx 3m high. The cornice profile is in the photos and is about 90mm x 90mm. We have the cornice ready to go (in 3x 4.8m lengths) but require someone to cut and install it onto the ceiling. No painting needed.
