Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. I’m seeking a reliable and experienced plasterer to repair a water damaged ceiling and cornice in a rental property located in Altona North. The roof leak has already been repaired. The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. The appointed person will need to directly organise with the tenants to arrange a suitable date and time for access.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. Crack repair on the wall, roof and cornice

Plaster cornice needs replacing. A leak was fixed years ago which damaged the cornice. It was never replaced. We are preparing for sale, painter is coming in a weeks time.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. Seeking an experienced plasterer/tradesperson to install approx 11m of cornice. The room is approx 3.4 x 2.3 in width and length and ceiling approx 3m high. The cornice profile is in the photos and is about 90mm x 90mm. We have the cornice ready to go (in 3x 4.8m lengths) but require someone to cut and install it onto the ceiling. No painting needed.
