I require a plastering to install cornice in my kitchen (approx 6m) and around my pantry bulkhead (approx 8m). Additionally requiring one corner adjacent to my oven tower to be squared off correctly and a hand full of GPO holes to be fixed (after GPOs have been relocated to correct locations). I have approx 1 square metre of offcut plasterboard available. Cornice is standard approx 65mm. Not supplied.

Small cosmetic job. A section of cornice (2.5m) in a bedroom has some cracking along the join that needs filling and making good. And one spot on the kitchen wall. (0.5m) No reattaching, nothing structural, just fill the cracks, and leave it paint-ready (white-drying filler would be best). Quick one-visit job for a plasterer or handyperson. Older weatherboard home (1920s). The property is tenant-occupied, so access is arranged through the managing agent at a time that suits the tenant. Happy to share close-up photos of the cracks.
