Replace oven door hinges

Three things I would like to fix. One is the backyard door is unable to be locked. second is the built-in button of the toilet is currently not functioning. The last one is to change the light bulb on the ceiling

1) remove cleanly a stuck on toilet roll holder from the shower glass wall (see photos). There should be no marks or damage left after removal. 2) find a way to screw back in, or otherwise repair an embedded toilet roll holder. It was unscrewed, but the thread is difficult to screw back in.

I have purchased a 3m by 2.25m EasyShed. Want someone to build it and install onto pavers. Area for installation is as per photo.

Water leakage under the kitchen sink

Fix sliding door flyscreen and its frame (picture attached). Remove TV wall mount and repair the holes left on the wall (from the TV mount). Remove child safety gate and fix the holes left on the wall. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 24 December 2023

I have 5 x 2700 high and 600 wide timber acoustic panels to be installed under my kitchen bench and on two walls. Cut out for a power point and around TV bracket. Must have carpentry experience. I live in a rental apartment. I have 12x chips on my kitchen benchtop that need repairing.. Some are very minor and even hard to photo but I’ve put them in to get a quote for the repairs. I put them against a 20 cent piece so you can gauge the approximate size of each chip. One photo has my fingers which has chips between my thumb and index finger. Council is not happy with my restoration work of footpath crossover. They asked to reinstate some of the slabs of the footpath by fixing the following issues: I. has been broom finished, should be cove finished; II. incorrect width at 900mm, should be 1.2m; III. and it is cracked.
