I need an experienced handyman/person to do the following at our home in City Beach, with the possibility of ongoing work: Replace all motion detector lights outside that don’t work Clean air filters inside quarterly Clean back and front patios Remove cobwebs from entry gate, entrance and lanai organise window cleaning in summer every month Maintain Retic in front and back garden Replace motor and garage door system Replace batteries in smoke detectors and alarm system transport a dozen plants/pots up to Seabird help discard/cleanup items into a dumpster

We have 4 new ceiling fans to install in bedrooms in our house. Looking for an electrician to do the job for us.

Require 4 ceiling fans to be removed by a licensed electrician. Relatively high ceilings. Need to be removed safely and intact as will require re-installation. Depending on how the job is done, may require further business to reinstall also.
