The door was being operated to open but then slammed shut. Now whilst the motor is whirring away there is no movement of the chain and hence no movement of the door up or down. I can manually lift the door - so not ultra urgent

Hi there, I would like to have an external French door installed in our laundry (will require removal of the existing door). The door and frame will also need a new door handle and latches installed. Additionally, we would like to replace the door handles on a set of double door French doors and internal locking mechanism of 2 other doors. The bottom locking pin / bolt on my external screen door is damaged or not functioning properly. Because of this, the screen door does not secure correctly when closed.
