Door handle is stuck and won’t open

There is a roller door and a hinge door that needs planing as new carpet was installed and they won’t fit. The doors will need to be trimmed and also installed. Additionally, there’s a separate roller door that needs alignment as it doesn’t open and close smoothly.

I need our door button repaired weld repairs. The door button is used to push down to open the door, but it recently failed and half the button fell off. I need a welder to weld 30mm of steel to the remaining button, to extend the button and make it normal length again.

Doors are new (standard Hume doors, not solid) so all holes required, as well as chiseling door frames for strike plates. Cavity sliding door stuck

Dog door installation in glass door leading to garden. Dimensions are 315mm x 385mm.

Rain water keeps coming into our garage under a small roller door. Was wanting a reasonable fix. I tried myself (unsuccessfully) by sticking on a rubber seal strip. But not sure if it needs more glue or needs something different. Happy for this to be taken out and start again with any other options. Best to do when weather dries up again.
