I am after an expert electrician who can come and install our new chandelier and take off the old light thats there in its place. We have a 2 storey house so there is no roof above where the light needs to be installed. The chandelier weighs around 35kg so need someone reliable. Hang chandelier within new ceiling rose. Hole must be drilled first into ceiling rose and secured in roof beam. Must be fully qualified electrician.

I have a single story house. I want to install three pendant lights, one chandelier and one fan. 1. Install three pendent lights on kitchen bench top, which has three light sockets and switch. 2. Chandelier has already been installed and wired but needs to be rewired by electrician who is qualified to a separate switch that doesn't turn on all the other lights in the kitchen. Double story house, chandelier located downstairs. Was added a few months ago by a tradesman not qualified as electrician, wired to switch that turns on all kitchen lights. The chandelier light has stopped working and needs to be replaced. See the photos of the existing (spike type) and new (spiral) ones, and match the height and locate the rafter behind the ceiling to hang the new light (spiral), which may require a shift in the location of the existing light. Issuing an electrical safety certificate is required. One more photo is being added following a few requests to show the exact location of the installation, which seems to require scaffolding. Could not get more photos as I am not living at the property at the moment.
