I’m looking to complete the following work at my home in Wollert: Install 1 exhaust fan in the toilet. Install 1 chandelier light in the dining room. Install 1 chandelier light in the lounge/living room.

Install chandelier on dinning table which doesn’t have light socket and switch. 3. Fresh installation on Fan. Does not have socket and switch. 4. I also want to install dimmer switch for existing down-lights. If you can provide the dimmer switch then it would be great. Would like to do it on weekend or on Friday. Please see attached photos. Need a chandelier installed in the living room of a single storey house

Hang chandelier within new ceiling rose. Hole must be drilled first into ceiling rose and secured in roof beam. Must be fully qualified electrician.

I am looking for someone to complete two small jobs: 1. Mount my 65” TV onto an existing wall bracket (the wall mount is already securely installed on the wall, so the TV just needs to be attached and checked to ensure it’s level and secure). 2. install a DIY chandelier.

The chandelier light has stopped working and needs to be replaced. See the photos of the existing (spike type) and new (spiral) ones, and match the height and locate the rafter behind the ceiling to hang the new light (spiral), which may require a shift in the location of the existing light. Issuing an electrical safety certificate is required. One more photo is being added following a few requests to show the exact location of the installation, which seems to require scaffolding. Could not get more photos as I am not living at the property at the moment.
