Chandelier has already been installed and wired but needs to be rewired by electrician who is qualified to a separate switch that doesn't turn on all the other lights in the kitchen. Double story house, chandelier located downstairs. Was added a few months ago by a tradesman not qualified as electrician, wired to switch that turns on all kitchen lights. Replace old chandelier with new one

Chandelier was previously installed but has come loose and is now dangling. Looking for someone to safely secure/reinstall it back properly.

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete lighting installation in a newly installed ceiling. Scope of work: Cut approx. 90mm holes in plaster ceiling for 6x downlights. Locate existing pre-installed wiring/sockets hidden above ceiling. Reconnect and install supplied plug-in downlights Hang and connect 2 small chandeliers using existing hidden plugs/connections. All wiring, sockets, and connections are already installed — no new wiring required. Lights supplied by me. Please bring appropriate tools for locating cables/connections and cutting clean ceiling holes. Experience with plaster ceilings preferred.

The chandelier light has stopped working and needs to be replaced. See the photos of the existing (spike type) and new (spiral) ones, and match the height and locate the rafter behind the ceiling to hang the new light (spiral), which may require a shift in the location of the existing light. Issuing an electrical safety certificate is required. One more photo is being added following a few requests to show the exact location of the installation, which seems to require scaffolding. Could not get more photos as I am not living at the property at the moment.
