Have purchased a new ceiling fan with a light. Will require new wiring.

I need a ceiling fan installed

Old Ceiling fan has been removed by electrian and ready for new one we have purchased to be installed (with remote). There is a ceiling rose (see photos ) so will need special bracket to secure etc

Install two ceiling fans. There are active cabling provisions left from the switch to a light bulb and batten within the ceiling for installation. No additional switch is needed since the fans have remote control.

Three of them to be installed replacing existing ceiling lights, one will require electrical wiring extension since it’s a TV room with spotlights but no light where the fan is to be installed.
