Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in VIC

I have a ceiling fan with a glass light cover that I’m trying to remove, but it seems to be screwed on very tightly. I’ve tried carefully unscrewing it myself but don’t want to force it and risk breaking the glass or damaging the fitting. Looking for someone to come and safely loosen and remove the glass cover. It should hopefully be a very quick/simple job with the right technique or tools. No electrical work is required — just removing the stuck glass cover. Located in Richmond. Ideally Sunday morning or Monday/Tuesday evening.

The fans themselves may still be working, but the light fittings need to be checked and fixed. To replace existing white fans 3 in total with new black fans will need the plate at the wall disconnected and replaced with a plain plate. The new fans are remote control operated.
