Water damage on my parquet flooring caused some of the wood blocks to swell and lift ( around 8 squares to be sealed again). I have 2 x lots of ceiling rigged clothes racks that require installing [See images] 1 x 1m H x 1.8m W PLUS 2 x 1m H x 1m W. Installation requires locating the joists in the ceiling for the best and safest installation OR utilising expansion screws, for plaster [ceiling], to be able to hold weight. The racks are light, but hanging clothes will need to be considered. The racks are also powder coated white, I have white spray paint for screws. ** Job will need to be installed at 10.30am 27.12.2024.
