Modify Overhead Cupboards for Ducted Air-Conditioning Unit I’m looking for an experienced carpenter, cabinetmaker or highly skilled handyman to modify the overhead cupboards shown in the attached photos. The two existing cupboard sections marked #3 in red and #2 in blue are currently separate. They need to be converted into one continuous cupboard/enclosure to accommodate a Daikin FDYBA71AV1 ducted indoor air-conditioning unit. Scope of work • Inspect and measure the existing cupboards on site. • Remove the internal partition or other components separating cupboard areas #2 and #3. • Modify and reinforce the existing cabinetry as required to create one long, structurally sound enclosure. Insert a casket inside that is whole size of this new rectangle (#2 & #3 together). • Construct the necessary cabinet casing – the Daiken will be installed in the casket screwed to the top of it. • The new enclosure does not require finished front panels or doors at this stage. The existing doors will be replaced separately. • Maintain a neat external finish in white that matches existing shelfs. Service access in area #3 A service opening of approximately 450 mm × 450 mm is required in the section marked #3. This will also require: • A removable shelf or removable shelf section positioned over the service opening. • The shelf must cover and seal the opening when it is installed. • The shelf must be easy to remove when access is required for air-conditioning inspection, servicing or repairs. • Suitable supports, seals and fixings so the shelf remains secure and does not rattle during normal operation. • Final location and construction method to be confirmed after measuring and discussing access requirements with the air-conditioning installer. Important information • Care must be taken not to interfere with the structural cabinetry, ceiling, cornices, electrical services or other services. • Please advise if any painting or finishing work is included or excluded.

We have recently had the gym professionally cleaned following a fire in the laundry, where soot travelled up to the ceiling approx - 10sqm. The gym has now been professionally cleaned, however, the walls and ceiling require two coats of paint to restore them properly. We will supply and purchase all of the required paint.

Recently removed a built in laundry with very tough tiles to remove and we need to fix the render that got taken off the wall before we repaint it. Wall is 1600 x 2200. Plumber is coming to cap off pipes on Friday 3/7, so welcome to come anytime after that.

The mirror uses a French cleat hanging system (wall cleat + mirror cleat).
