The shutter has come away from its fixings at the top on both ends. Please see the photos attached. We cannot seem to fix it in situ. The screen is 1.9m in length. Also, three of the wooden blades need reattaching to the opening and closing pole. I think this is straight forward job for someone who knows how to take the screens off, screw some fixings and then reattach the screens. It should not take very long to complete this task.

The faucet is loose and needs to be tightened. The seal is worn and mouldy and needs to be replaced.

Hinges have come off the doors in kitchen cabinets. Need them fixed and also rest of doors checked

The screen turns on but it is very dark. The backlights need to be changed. I prefer that you change them on site, if possible.

Inspect recently sheeted plasterboard (two level house) with suitable equipment ie high powered lighting to shine directly on walls. Identify all flaws and mark up on wall with pencil where it needs to be re set, patched etc. Suitably qualified people only.
