Roughly 2m/1m Mirror needs to be safely fixed to wall. Large Tv needs mounting also, already have Mount and will assist with job. Tools and fixing will be REQUIRED.

The chain needs adjusting as it only rolls up so far due to stopper

The shutter has come away from its fixings at the top on both ends. Please see the photos attached. We cannot seem to fix it in situ. The screen is 1.9m in length. Also, three of the wooden blades need reattaching to the opening and closing pole. I think this is straight forward job for someone who knows how to take the screens off, screw some fixings and then reattach the screens. It should not take very long to complete this task.

The faucet is loose and needs to be tightened. The seal is worn and mouldy and needs to be replaced.
