I’m moving to London next week and need my blinds to be compliant in order to get Landlord Insurance on my apartment before my new tenant moves in. I imagine there will be two parts to this job - inspecting the blinds and then proposing a solution and costs so please quote based on this. Essentially there are three pulley system blinds on each side of the lounge - the two outer blinds are fine as the string hangs by the wall but the central ones have a non compliant pulley. I’m looking for the fastest way to get this sorted. Note - I live on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator if this impacts any work.

The electric blind in the main bedroom does not work. The sink tap in the laundry is very loose, to the point of nearly falling out.

I need a blackout blind installed in my bedroom window however, I’m in a rental so if there’s something I can take down or have removed when I move out with minimal damage/disruption that would be ideal, can someone please advise if they can assist? I can get actual dimensions next week but roughly speaking 2.4x3m I can buy materials if you can link me something or source them yourself and can talk through additional pricing 🙏🏼

Re install blinds, would prefer to drill longer plugs and install with longer snd thicker gauge screws and re fit

I have had a large window replaced with a sliding door. Previous blind was mounted to the window frame, however the new frame is not suitable to be mounted to. Best option I believe is to mount to the inside of square-set sill, however it will not clear part of the new sliding door. I’ve checked a blind on my other sliding door and it’s a similar story, they have cut the part of the door that does not clear. This is beyond my knowledge and skill level, I need someone with experience that can just work out the best approach and get it done.

Roller blinds is not stopping while getting up or down. It is coming fully down as per the snap
