Repairs to vertical blinds

We have a large motorised outdoor mesh blind/screen in our covered patio area. The motor is working correctly, but the mesh/fabric has become misaligned and is getting caught when the blind rolls up. The bottom rail is now uneven and the blind no longer raises/lowers correctly. We originally thought the system may have been Ziptrak, however we have since been advised it is not Ziptrak. Unfortunately we don't know the manufacturer/brand. The blind has vertical side channels/tracks and a motorised top roller enclosed in a headbox/pelmet. The remote and motor are operational. Looking for someone with experience repairing motorised outdoor blinds/screens, external roller blinds, café blinds, track/channel-guided blinds or similar systems who can diagnose the system and re-align/re-seat the fabric and roller as required. We are looking to repair the existing blind, and not replace the entire unit. Photos attached showing the full blind, side channels, fabric and remote. The pull chain on one roller blind has snapped, and the blind fabric has come unstuck from the roller tube. The tube is still mounted, and the fabric does not appear torn. I’m looking for someone to re-tape the existing fabric, replace the chain, and check that the blind rolls up and down straight. Photos attached.

Use drill and masonry bit to install the holders for Venetian blinds that have been made to measure. One is in the lounge and one is in the main bedroom.
