I’m looking for someone with experience repairing Roman blinds to help fix two bedroom blinds that won’t go down. They’re currently stuck in the raised position and likely need attention to the lift cords or cord lock mechanism. The job involves: Inspecting both Roman blinds Diagnosing the cause of the issue Repairing or replacing any cords or mechanisms as required Reinstalling and testing the blinds once complete Materials will need to be purchased as part of the job. Bunnings and Mitre 10 are both close to the house for convenience. Costs can be reimbursed depending on offer. Both blinds are already installed and easy to access.

Roller blind has fallen down and for another one the curtain has come off the rail

One roller fell down and needs to be put back in the correct way (prob. 5 min fix for somebody who knows what they’re doing), and another needs a new white plastic chain (I can buy one from Bunnings if you don’t have one, and you can just cut it to size & fit it … prob. 15 min, if you know what you’re doing).

We’ve got 5 roller blinds we need put up to temporarily cover our new windows until our new roller blinds arrive. 2 in a lounge room window, 1 in a hallway and 2 in a bedroom. And we do need this done on Thursday 16th afternoon (ideally 3:30pm-6pm)
