I moved this house last year and few lights are low and gas oven is not working, I am not sure it has any issue or I don’t know the features

Replace gas burner, cut out dimension is 535mm*335mm, total dimension maybe 600*400( not sure)

Gas regulator is not in accessible location. Need to fix

One of the burners on my gas cooktop is not working. The control knob is stuck and I can’t push it down or turn it to ignite the burner. Could someone please inspect and repair it？

Gas pilot has been off for more than 2 weeks. A licenced plumber needed to ensure hot water and ducted heating is accessed 24/7 to home.

Gas Cooktop Repair – Gas Valve Stuck Open One of the gas burner control valves on our cooktop has failed and is stuck in the open position. The affected burner is the top right burner. When the gas supply is turned on, gas flows continuously from this burner regardless of the knob position. For safety, the gas has been isolated at the mains. Hi there, Calling all gas Braemar central heating specialists - following attached errors have come up . Could be simple or more involved - also gas fireplace has stopped working too. A plumber who was fixing something in my bathroom ,told me to buy a connector that has screw in thread on one end and bayonet the other end.I did that but it didn't work so I don't want to risk buying another incorrect part,,so I need someone to buy the correct piece and connect.it pls?
