Freshly polished timber got some scratches and I need to get the scratched fixed and the timber flooring to look same like the rest of the timber flooring around it

From carpet to timber flooring meaning HERRINGBONE flooring around 70sqm area but you can come and measure it this is from the living to the kitchen area.

We have been renting for 5 years in a house and gradually due to furnitures moving around the timber floor has lot of scratches. I have been suggested to do a polishing of the floor to remove the scratches. Looking for someone who is experienced in doing this work and my intention is to mainly eliminate the scratches (see attached pic)

In a small section of timber flooring a gap appears and it sounds when stepped over it. The boards need to re-adjusted . approxmately 10-15 planks to be adjusted.

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.
