I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing floating timber flooring. A section of the floating timber floor, about 1 square metre, has buckled in the middle outside the laundry room. The floor buckles during winter but returns to normal in summer, so the issue appears to be seasonal. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious water damage. I’m looking for someone to inspect the cause and carry out the repair. If the problem is related to insufficient expansion gap or another installation issue, I’d like it repaired properly. I have just removed old carpet and would like to have the floors polished. The floors are quite old, and there are some holes and gaps in certain sections of the rooms that will also need to be filled and sealed.

We have some holes in our flooring following removal of a large heating unit. Need someone to repair the 3 holes (2 are 2.5cm diameter, 1 is irregular shape with 7cm being the widest). I have some damage on my bedroom floor that needs repaired before my bond is returned. The real estate agent has described it as a deep gouge with scratches, however it is only on one panel of flooring. Will need colour matched too. Material is floating timber floor. Timber merbau deck measuring 12m x 4m to be washed and oiled using Cutek brand oil. I will supply oil. Need this to be done over 2 seperate days. After washing deck it must be completely dry before applying oil.

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.

THOR floor protection needs to be laid on new herringbone timber floor in a new build in Camberwell. There is roughly 200 sqm to cover. Membrane Low-tack tape to be affixed on the floor first, then protection laid, then joining tape to stock the protection sheet down to the low-tack tape, and also close up gaps between sections of the sheet in the floor.
