Remove some old floorings and install new flooring boards only

I need someone to replace some of the floorboards.

We have almost 40-50 sq m floorboards we have that needs to be installed. Looking for a professional.

After a quote to sand, stain and polish floorboards in a 2 bedroom apartment. All rooms have floor boards except the bathroom. Ideally seeking a brown colour (less orange than in pictures) and a matte or satin finished but would like to discuss available options and recommendations. Proposed dates are 3rd - 6th August and the apartment will be empty. A floor plan is attached to provide an idea of size along with some photos.

Plastic boards rise ~ 3-5 cm above footpath surface. Need to pave asphalt slopes to remove tripping hazards. Total area ~ 2 m2. Pavement needs to stay on the plastic boards with construction vehicle driving across.

40sqm of hybrid flooring needing to be layed in the lounge. Then later I will also get the same person to come back and lay the boards for the bedroom and study area.

Sand and polish Tas Oak floorboards, approx 200 m2

remove existing carpet in small detached bungalow and lay floating floorboards. Very simple and straightforward job

Fix creaking floorboards on staircase and landing. Remove carpets from staircase and rooms, total just under 23.5m2.

Need caulking done, internal floorboards/skirting, approx 20m in total, thankyou

Before moving into a house, want someone to do floorboard polishing on ground floor. Most likely it’s wooden floor boards. It will be completely empty floor so no moving of furniture to get work done.

Hello! We need someone to sand and polish our floorboards. The floorboards are in great condition and don't need repairing (other than some light sanding). Corridors are joint at an L shape to each other. Corridor 1: 4m long by 1.5m wide. Corridor 2: 3.1 long by 1.2 wide. I will have all carpets, underlay and furniture removed. Please see image for floorboard condition. It is the darker boards in this photo where the carpet was removed. Please quote on the above. Afterwards, we are also interested in polishing out kitchen (3.2m X 5m) and living room (4.6m X 4.3m) as a next step after this. Replace carpet by wood like board. Light yellow. A small one bedroom unit of around 50m. Can start work immediately. Please provide 1. earliest time to start and time required, 2. cost of wooden board and 3. manpower cost. Total fixed cost including material and manpower. Needs someone who knows how to install the hybrid floor board.it is ready to go job every thing is levelled and floor is clean it’s roughly 30-40 SQM (small living area and 2 small room) - Due date: Flexible

Pick up floor boards from Carpet Call (will pay directly to Carpet Call) & install timber floating floor boards on current timber floor - roughly 50-55 sqm. Needs to be completed by end of Thursday 21/12/2023. - Due date: Before Thursday, 21 December 2023
