Dimensions are as follows: - Main deck 2300 x 1550 x 20 mm - Top step 970 x 135 x 40 mm - Bottom two steps 970 x 290 x 40 mm The base looks to be in decent condition, only the deck surface and steps need replacing for now, then coated for protection. Weekend’s preferred, this needs doing asap. Quotes to please include all stores and removal of old deck pieces.

Surface repair of various dark and light stains on engineered floorboards in kitchen. Stains are due to cooking/cleaning spills that have appeared slowly over time and span approx 7 boards. I require a surface care specialist that is able to prepare the surface, tape up the area, fill and level it, and match the colour, grain, and sheen as closely as possible.

The timber battens on my new townhouse’ upper floor have not been finished properly and already starting to grey. I need someone to give them a light sand, treat them with a timber cleaning solution then re-coat them with 2 coats of clear coat. The job would likely need a scissor lift being the upper level. Would suit a carpenter or painter with experience refurbishing exterior battens and the proper license/qualifications.

Have 3 patches of discolouration on my timber floor due to bleach. Looking to get back to original as much as possible without replacing floorboards

And install Tasmanian Oak timber flooring that will be supplied (we may need additional however). It will be just for the hallway and living / kitchen area for a small cottage. Specs to follow.
