Need a timber restoration job done at my place in Rowville. 5 connected areas, all shown in the photos: - Balcony off the sliding door - The stairs running down from it - The timber walkway along the side of the house - The decked area behind the house outside the laundry - small area infront of house After a, sand and re-oil across all of it. (Will be pre power washed) Let me know your approach, what you'd charge including materials, how many days you'd need, and if you've done this kind of work before. Photos of previous jobs appreciated.

We have recently taken out a built in desk from our apartment entry space only to find that the laminate flooring was installed around the drawers and end panel of the desk which is slightly unbelievable! We need the floor to be patched in as best as possible and also along with the simple skirting profile which was also cut around this.

Ibneed someone to take out all the dmage wooden flooring and replace it with new ones.

We have a number of floorboards approx 10 that are termite damaged either a little along where they’ve eaten and a section in its entirety. We aren’t planning to Reno for a while so want them patched with timber epoxy in meantime . Will have to be cleaned out where they are hollow underneath, filled and matched as close to possible in colour to existing TAS Oak and sanded to same level as flooring. Slab underneath: termites no longer active has been 2 years .

Need to sand back and recoat red gum edging in front porch area as per photos

Restore the timber floor surface from a Curling iron heat damage.

Looking for someone to clean, prepare and oil two small outdoor timber decks. Total area is approximately 8–10 m². Deck 1 – Lightwell: Approx. 1m x 2m. Clear and pull back climbing vines that are encroaching onto the decking boards and fence line. Clean and prepare the timber. Deck 2 – Courtyard: Approx. 1.8m x 3m. Clear surface dirt and prepare the timber. Cleaning/Prep: Wash and scrub both decks using an appropriate deck cleaner to remove dirt, mildew and grey weathering. Allow the timber to dry thoroughly before oiling. Oiling: Apply two coats of suitable decking oil, following the manufacturer's recommended drying time between coats. Materials: Please include all deck cleaner, decking oil and other consumable materials required for the job in your quote. Access: Both decks are ground-level with straightforward access. Water and power are available. The main priority is a clean, neat and well-prepared finish rather than extensive restoration of the timber.

Timber floor (about 40m2) needs sanding and resurfacing.

Repair damaged area of timber facia board on portico. Fill, sand smooth, prime/seal and repaint (paint supplied)

Floors are 4 years old. Some chips and scratches I'd like repaired/concealed where possible. I'd like a coating (probably polyurethane type?) that will better protect the floor and last a good while before needing recoating/refinishing again. Current finish appears to be fairly natural/matte or satin. I'd like to go for satin this time for a slightly better and modern look. Area (in metres) Living: 6 x 4 Laundry area: 1.5 x 1.5 Hallway: 4.9 x 1.1 Entry to bedroom 1 x 1.6 I would do it myself but want someone with experience in floor surfacing suck as this to provide the right guidance and excellent products with a professional finish. There is a small wonky bit on edge of our timber decking - circled in the photo below. When you step on it, it is bouncy. Looking for a handyman to help me fix this!

I need an experienced handyman, carpenter, or deck restoration specialist to repair a circular burn mark on my timber deck (see photo). The damaged area is approximately 40–50 cm in diameter and appears to be surface burn damage from a fire pit or hot object. I’m looking for someone to assess the damage and restore the area so it blends in with the surrounding deck as closely as possible. Remove some existing boards to match up the lengths, remove some quad along the window wall to fit in boards and match up, install floor boards into and through small room 3m x 1.5m. Underlay and boards provided.

We sanded our floors and now have to sand back the railings in our stairs. We plan on painting them white. We are in Eltham
