Find a local timber flooring profesional in VIC

Looking for someone experienced in timber floor sanding and polishing. I am on a budget so I would like two indicative prices please. One price just for the lounge, kitchen and walkway between the kitchen and bathroom. Second price for all timber floors including the three bedrooms as well. The whole house is around 190 sqm but I do not know the exact floor area. I have uploaded a photo so you can see the type of timber and I will add more photos tomorrow. Please give me a rough price based on a normal size lounge and kitchen from the photos first. Happy for you to come out and confirm the final price before we go ahead.

The damaged area is approximately 40–50 cm in diameter and appears to be surface burn damage from a fire pit or hot object. Remove some existing boards to match up the lengths, remove some quad along the window wall to fit in boards and match up, install floor boards into and through small room 3m x 1.5m. Underlay and boards provided.

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. Damage includes: -A couple of small holes/chips in the wood -some surface wear/scratches in nearby area I’m not looking for a full sand/polish at this stage — just a tidy cosmetic repair (fill, colour match, and seal if needed) to make the damage less noticeable.
