have a small area on my timber floor (approx palm-sized) where the surface finish has worn off and the colour is slightly lighter. I’m looking for someone experienced in timber floor touch-ups to blend and restore the area so it’s much less noticeable. This is not a deep scratch — more a surface/finish issue

I need a small section of timber floor resealed. Doesn't need sanding just one coat of a clear sealant that will be good in a high traffic area

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.

My front garden bed was painted 7 years ago and now the paint is flaking off. I would like to get this restored properly. I dont know if paint is the correct solution or if it needs to be sanded back and then treated like an outdoor deck with stain and varnish/uv protection etc. Dimensions is about 11m long x 7m wide. Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. Damage includes: -A couple of small holes/chips in the wood -some surface wear/scratches in nearby area I’m not looking for a full sand/polish at this stage — just a tidy cosmetic repair (fill, colour match, and seal if needed) to make the damage less noticeable.
