My floorboards need a refresh. They current have a water base matte finish. I want the boards resanded and polished with semi-gloss. I’m open to either oil or water based, would like a rough quote for either option. I have about 70meters squared of floor area. Need to have the job done before Feb 9, ideally around Feb 4-5.

I have some floorboards and areas of my home where the boards appear to be lifting. I need a flooring specialist or tradesman to offer an affordable solution to go around my small home and make sure the floorboards are - and stay - secure since they were (apparently) laid so recently before my purchase of the home.
