Looking for a professional to sand and polish approx. 35–40 sqm of timber floorboards. I'm after a natural look with a lighter, satin water-based finish (not oil-based). We have creaking floorboards in 2 small rooms in our home in northcote which we are prepping for sale. I believe this has been fixed previously by a carpenter doing some work in the crawl space under the house. The rooms have carpet which we are replacing in a month so no issues with lifting carpet if needed. (If this is the case we would need to delay work to after 4 march). We are not sure what is involved with this repair. Some advice would be helpful. Work would need to be done on a wednesday. Thank you

Hello, We have recently completed installation of new timber weatherboards and have the painter scheduled for next week. We are looking for someone to punch the nails, to allow for the painter to fill and paint. All nails have been fixed, and are flush. They just need punching 1-2mm into the timber. There are approximately 500-700 nails to punch. Highest nails are at approximately 3m above ground so you will require a ladder - I have ladders and platforms on site that can be used if need be. Most areas are easily accessible but some need some manoeuvring of timber etc to access. Require the task to be competed this weekend. Expect it to take 4-6 hours for one person to complete.
