I’m looking for someone to install floorboards in an area of approximately 15–30 square metres. Has to be done tomorrow.

I need to have wooden floor boards laid in a 5.4 x4.9m2 living room (see photo). These are click-in floor boards from Bunnings (already purchased). You don’t have to lift the carpet, just put the floorboards on top of it. The job can be done any time this week, but preferably on Wednesday 4/2/26 or Thursday 5/2/26

My floor carpet and wood transition need transition strips. All material will be paid as per invoice plus this task!

We removed the kitchen and tiles from the kitchen in my mums house, wasn't expecting the floorboards to look as decent as they did. Was hoping to get someone to sand and polish the boards in there to a similar colour to the rest of the house (rest of floorboards photos added for comparison). I know they won't match, but something close-ish would be great. There is also one length of floorboard that is missing that we'd need someone to replace prior to sanding on the far side in the kitchen photos. The kitchen measures 3180mm x 4100mm approx 13m2. Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. There are some gaps between boards that need to be filled in a few areas. Sand and refinish floors to new condition. Use hardy sealer / polyurethane coat. House has been recently painted and new carpets etc so dust suppression must be used.
