I have just pulled up some old carpet and would like to get someone to sand and polish the floorboards. The floorboards are in great condition and no repairs are needed. Please see photos and plan attached. Final colour should match as close as possible to the other floorboard area you can see in the "short hallway" photo (noting they will probably not be exactly the same). The plan measurements are quite accurate. I very roughly work this out to be approx 9.3m2. There is very easy access for equipment via the front door. Day and time is flexible and can be worked out after we have selected someone. Ideally in the next 3 weeks. Job is in Kew East.
