I need a person/s to crawl under the house and hammer in wedges between the floorboards and posts holding them up. I have a heap of wedges. Person/s needs a nail gun to also nail floorboards at certain areas. I think the job would only take between 1-2 hours. Would prefer person/s who have done this before. Entrance to crawl space is 40cm H x 65 cm W. Actual crawl space is about 70 cm H and you shouldn’t need to crawl more than 4 metres in length (which is the length of the lounge room). Please see photos. Photos of the floorboards are marked with crosses where they squeak (please zoom photos out to see crosses). I will be in attendance and can help with a torch from above. Ideally would like this work done this weekend, 8 or 9 Nov, or Mon 10 or Wednesday 11 Nov.
I’m so happy to have found a handyman who knows what he is doing, and his pricing is reasonable too. I highly recommend Michael, he has a lot of skills and has been around the building industry for many years.
