Bedroom carpet replace - take old one away

I need some assistance with a few odd jobs around my apartment 1. Skirting board: a board plank has come loose under our dishwasher and needs to be nailed back in 2. Transition strip: has slightly started peeling up and needs to be glued or adhered back on 3. Toilet roll holder: holder is lose and needs to be tightened to the wall in bathroom

Need help with 3mm thick vinyl sports flooring installation of 1.8m x 9m rolls together. 700sqm left to install. Adhesive application, alignment, cutting the welds and pvc welding. Will pay day rate per person helping. Need it done by end of this week.

14 meters skirting to be removed

My dog chewed the edges of a few skirting boards when he was a puppy and I am looking to get them replaced. The original ones are very soft wood. I’ve measured up all the lengths that will need replacing and it comes to approximately 15 metres. I’ve included a picture of the type of skirting boards the previous carpenter used to replace 2 of them a few years ago. The height is 7cm and depth is 1.5cm. The new ones are much better harder wood. I have also included the measurements in the pictures. I am in an apartment and have an elevator. I also have undercover visitor parking near the elevator and a large balcony for you to cut the materials to size. I have the original paint used for the skirting boards if you would like to repaint them as well, other wise I can do it.
