Removal of 2 x carpet pieces, 2 x carpet underlay pieces, and a small kitchen sink.

We need to remove the tiles from our house. This is a complete job. I’m looking for someone who can clean and sand after the removal as we are putting floorboards afterwards. About 4m x 5m room, little kitchen area, hallway 4m x 1 m, a small bathroom and toilet. If someone has a skill for putting floors as well as removing tiles, please let me know. Hello! I’m wanting to remove the kitchen tiles and have the floorboards underneath exposed. I’d like 1 tile under the dishwasher or fridge to be removed first to see the condition of the floorboards. If floorboards are in good condition (which I believe they are) I’d like to remove all kitchen tiles.

My puppy has chewed through some wood on the skirting board and in the stairwell ( 2 spots need fixing). I am needing someone to bring them back to their original condition. I don’t have the exact paint colour.
