I'm replacing the carpet in my 2-bedroom apartment with hybrid timber flooring. The area is 38m2 (living room, 2 bedrooms and common corridor). I need someone to remove the existing carpet (and dispose of it), and install the new flooring (6.5mm inclusive of underlay), with beading around the skirting. Please quote for labour only. Hello. We have approximately 50 square metres ground floor two-bedroom apartment that we need to have click floors laminate laid. We will have the surface completely clear (demoed carpets, baseboards up) and all "Click - floors" from Bunnings in packages in the unit unwrapped and sorted propertly. In addition, we can supply our sons as assistants to lift the floors and pass to you to help lay and put in place. Don't have any images at this stage as we get possession of the place this Friday.

Garage floor is approximately 8 m x 8 m concrete slab with old final tiles in good condition over the top. Rubber used to be rolled out across the whole garage. Just a few cut outs. Rubber used to be stuck down with adhesive.

I have just pulled up some old carpet and would like to get someone to sand and polish the floorboards. The floorboards are in great condition and no repairs are needed. Please see photos and plan attached. Final colour should match as close as possible to the other floorboard area you can see in the "short hallway" photo (noting they will probably not be exactly the same). The plan measurements are quite accurate. I very roughly work this out to be approx 9.3m2. There is very easy access for equipment via the front door.
