I’m looking for an experienced flooring professional to supply and install herringbone spc (tongue and groove) floorboards in a residential property. The total area is approximately 55 square metres. Around 21 square metres of the space is currently carpeted, which will need to be removed and the subfloor screeded and levelled so it aligns with the height of the existing tiled flooring. The remaining area will be installed directly over the existing floor tiles. The job includes full floor preparation, supply of materials, and installation in a herringbone pattern, so prior experience with herringbone layouts is essential. The property is currently occupied.
