Room size: approx. 440cm x 276cm Concrete subfloor underneath Scope of work: • Remove existing carpet and underlay (old and deteriorated) • Remove any staples/tack strips • Scrape and prepare concrete subfloor • Install hybrid flooring (boards supplied by me) • Supply and install all other required materials (trims, levelling compound if needed, etc.) • Ensure proper expansion gap around edges • Full clean up after completion Materials: • I will supply 8mm hybrid spc flooring • Installer to supply all other materials required to complete job

Relay carpet in hallway 1100 x 2700 have new underlay and nail gripper. Needs three joins that were cut for floor repair

We have had a flood and can’t at the moment relay the carpet in this room because we are renovating. But we have carpet just needs to be cut up and patched to the slate floors in case the flood happens again before we re arrange the structure and fix the issue.
