I need an experienced handyman or flooring professional to replace approximately 15 damaged floating floorboards. I already have the new boards, so this job is for installation only. What I’m looking for: • Proven experience with floating floorboards (click-lock or similar) • Ability to carefully remove old boards without damaging surrounding flooring • Proper tools and techniques to fit the new boards snugly • Clean and tidy work, leaving the area ready to use

We have around 7 damaged wooden laminate floorboards that we would like replaced. We have the replacement floorboards. The tasker would need to remove the skirting board without damaging it, disassemble the other boards to get to the damaged boards, replace the boards and reassemble the floor and reattach the skirting board.

However there is sloping in areas: Requirements - Assess the quality of these installed floating floorboards - Check if the sloping falls within industry standards (if this exists). Any other direction here.

Hi, Would you be able to fix my flooring this week, between 3-8 September. Location is apartment unit in Alexandria NSW 2015. Task budget is for labor only. Three areas to work, Photos attached. 1- Entrance Currently carpet tiles- Remove carpet tiles, install new underlay install 7mm laminate Fix up transition to carpet, on 2 sides, towards staircase and towards bedroom. Floor area approx 2.5x2.5m = 6.25 2- Kitchen Currently 7mm laminate - need to be replaced with similar Floor area approx 3x2m = 6 3- Hallway Currently 7mm laminate - need to be replace with similar Floor area approx 5x1.3m = 6.5 * Remove old flooring and cleanup after. I will supply 7mm laminate floorboard currently on special at Bunnings. I hope you can supply transition materials required to fix up area 1.

Fix door hinge as it doesn't automatically close - needs to be tightened. Also fix skirting board that has completely come off - needs to be glued

We waterproofed this courtyard a week ago but it failed as the screed hadn’t dried, waterproofing was out-of-date and we didn’t get the tiles down before it rained. Bunnings refunded me for the old waterproofing, but now I’m looking for a professional. Courtyard is approx. 22m2 I’ve scrapped the old waterproofing off and we’re ready to go again. Tiler is ready to return at the end of next week. If you quote let me know if this includes materials and whether you have a qualification. Let me know if you have questions too. Photos include as it is now and the waterproofing beforehand.
