Hi, We've recently moved into a new home and are looking to get a sense of costs to help us prioritise some essential maintenance and the "nice to have" fixes. I was wondering if we could have some help with a quote. We have two areas of fencing that need we some assistance with that make up the wooden fence that runs down the left hand side of the property: 1.section from the front of the house to the side gate approx 15.5m length/180cm height plus approx 15cm kickboard 2. section from the gate to the back of the house approx 18.5m length/210cm height plus approx 15cm kickboard It would be great to get a quote for a fix to a piece of fence 2 there's about 5m of kickboard that's coming away that I'd like to fix as a priority. Unsure if this means the whole section needs replacing or kickboard only. As a separate line item it would be good to know how much to replace all of fence 1 (painted green) as is currently being pushed into a noticeable lean due to plants so will need replacing. We can cut the roses back ourselves but might need some advice on which areas. Thanks in advance :)

Looking for a handyman to put up a simple fence (waist-height maybe?) for three sides of our pergola (picture attached). Dimensions are approx 4m x 1.45m. Nothing fancy, just simple lattice style is fine, or whatever is most economical. Note: Tasker will have to also trim back the tree that's pictured as they go along... We would like the lockable latch on our front gate to be replaced (and possibly hinges). The existing gate lock doesn’t align with the striker plate - movement from weather means it’s usually out of alignment (too high/low)
