$50 for initial site visit. We need a regular gardener for longterm care of our low maintenance front yard and side yard. We just finished our modern landscaping. There in no lawn as the ground is almost fully covered in white pebbles and basalt rocks. Rest of ground is covered in black mulch. There are 18 buxus balls with 60cm diameters, 8 recently planted advanced trees (baby gum, japanese maple, crepe myrtle, forest pansy), 5 loropetalum shrub and 5 star jasmine. Irrigation is in place and working. There are some decorative structures including a water feature. The fence is very short and the front gate is not locked i.e. always accessible. I need a gardener on a regular basis, who knows different plants and their care needs re watering, fertiliser, pruning. We want these plants to become established and grow well. The front yard looks really neat and nice and the idea is to maintain this look, keep areas clean of debris and leaves, and help plants become more advanced. There is no need for any immediate physical work right now. But you will be needed to come in every few weeks to do the necessary and ensure everything is right. I am happy to pay $50 to the winning offer to come on site for further discussion and initial planning. If you respond to this, please include your general rates for this type of work. Obviously final pricing will be agreed upon after site visit and finalising the scope of task. Looking forward to hearing from you if you are an experienced gardener and your previous jobs/reviews on Airtasker reflects that. Hi! :) I’m needing: 1. A fairly tall pear tree (approx 5m tall) crowned below the apartment roof gutter and power line clearance. 2. Slight trimming of a hedge around 15m long 3. Some vegetation crowned and pruned outside bedroom window to allow for more light (just one tree) 3. Leaf blower and sweeping of leaves and dirt on tiger turf and brick floor area 4. Weeding (I did it recently so I would say there’s just 30 mins worth but happy to see how long it takes). 4. Disposal of all waste. The apartment has green waste bins but they’re shared and unlikely to all be empty. If you live nearby you’re welcome to come check the garden out first to understand the scope and requirements. Thankyou in advance Type of gardening: Hedge trimming, Weeding, Garden cleanup Size of garden: 50m²-100m² Has green waste bin: Yes - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 8 January 2024

The jasmine bush needs a good prune. As you can see I’ve attempted the front part, as it was really out of control, but the rest needs doing. The rest includes the top and the other side I haven’t done. I suspect the side I have done, probably needs a tidy up by someone that knows what they’re doing. Giving the tree a good fertiliser is likely in order as well. I guess - but I’m not an expert- as you can see from my attempt - the job will take up to 2 hours. If you have a Ute and can dispose the cuttings, that’s great, but not essential. I have a small green bin and can week by week dispose of the cuttings through the weekly rubbish collection. I’ve included both a before and after picture of the front. The price is an estimate and happy to discuss - Due date: Flexible
