Remove remaining brick retaining wall. Replace two rotten fence posts (all concrete for footings needs to be below ground level). Build sleeper retaining wall along back fence approx. 500mm high. Fence is approx. 6 metres long. Noting to replace the fence posts there is still a little bit of a stump and concrete along the back which you can see in the photos which will need to be removed to enable fence to be at ground level. I also require the remaining ground area to be rebricked so please specify whether that is also something you are also able to do. I need a handyman to dig in 10 Star Pickets , 8 ft long along boundary line fence to hold up corrogated tin sheets in place of cemented in posts. Pickets need to be 2feet in ground to support a lattice dividing screen above a 1.8 metre fence that is become unstable through removal of vegetation in neighbouring property. The lattice must be attached, vertical and supported and able to withstand wind. Ivy growing through lattice to be removed without breaking timber lattice.
