I need a tradesperson to fix the pool fence gate hinges at my property in Kew (3101). The pool gate was flagged as non-compliant in a recent safety inspection. The issues are: The gate does not reliably close and latch from any position. The gate does not close properly when a small force (about 250g up or down) is applied near the latch. What needs to be done: Adjust the hinge tension so the gate self-closes and latches every time. If the hinges cannot be adjusted, they will need to be replaced with compliant self-closing pool gate hinges (hinges must be at least 900mm apart or fitted with non-climbable caps). Goal: Make the pool gate fully compliant with AS 1926.1 – 2012 standards so it passes reinspection before the due date. Please provide: A quote for the adjustment or replacement. Confirmation that you have experience with pool safety compliance.

I am removing an old aluminum pool fence, The panels have been removed already. I need someone to dig up and take away the posts. They have been set in concrete (I think the installer used I bag of concrete per post. If you can fill the holes back to ground level that would be great. You would need to provide the fill.
