Tops of extension needs to be greater than 90cm from rear of pergola pole. External grade treat pine needs to be used. Vertical supports need to finish in line with top of extended fence height. Need to work around the cap depth of approx 3.5cm. Timber additions to be painted, paint supplied. Examples in images 1 and 2 of preference for extension. A check and measure needs to be done prior. Fencing experience and pool safety knowledge preferred. May need to climb on top of the pergola to install part of fencing with a small ladder. Can also access fence from behind if needed.
