We are about to demolish our property and need a fence erected directly after our garage comes down as this is currently on the fence line with our neighbour. She doesn't want any temporary fencing erected and wants a fence built on the same day as the garage comes down. We have demolished the brick fence as we place to replace with picket fence. We will need services to remove the 2 piers and including dig several holes say 6-8 holes ( 300 mm dia x 600 mm depth) into the footing for setting the wooden posts). See images of brick fence prior, wall demolished and 2 piers remaining. And the footing of the masonry wall ( to break through to prepare 300 mm diameter x 600 mm deep t hole).

Source and repair fence post piece (8cm width, 19cm in length) if not possible to use original piece. (Please see images)
