I need a set of side steps installed on my Holden Captiva 7. I have everything. Bolt holes only at rear door of car. Can’t see any in middle or front of car. So possible need 4 holes put in. I have the bolts already.

Our main bathroom tap is leaking and our ensuite sink tap is leaking, they need to be fixed, however: 1. It is an old federation house with older taps, care needs to be taken with the surrounding tiles in the main bathroom. 2. I imagine the fittings have been not touched in YEARS, so they might be a bit hard to remove, however, I’m not a plumber, so I’m sure it’s an easy job!

Four of the taps and/or pipes are leaking. One in kitchen and two in bathrooms.

My washing machine tab is leaking, needs fix

Install two 75cm strips of metal brackets (french cleats, used to hang artwork on) on a tall wall (approx 5 m high from floor to drill spot). Need to bring own tall ladder. The two strips need to be installed about 1 m apart from each other. They are to be installed with the aim to hit at least 2 studs. The cleats are to be installed on the wooden trim that already exists but needs to be drilled through to the stud.

The standard laundry tap set juts out too far for my dryer. I have some shallow ones from Bunnings that you can install or I will consider other products if you have something to suggest. Needs to be finished today or tomorrow at latest please.

Plumber to Install mini laundry tub- and remove and replace shower head, laundry taps, laundry spout and mixer in bathroom

I would like the spout and taps in my bath to be replaced with a new spout and taps that I have bought.

I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)

Had a plumber lined up for today but they have cancelled on us. I need a kitchen sink and taps installed and a laundry sink and tap installed. Have both at the home ready to go.
