Garden Tap: Standard brass tap dripping from the spout. Likely needs a new washer and reseating (or replacement if easier). Requirements: Please bring your own tools (shifter, reseating tool, etc.). I am happy for you to supply the parts (cartridge/washer) and I will reimburse you for the receipt, OR I can run to the nearby Bunnings (Ringwood/Wantirna) once you identify the exact cartridge size needed. Please have good reviews for plumbing/tap repairs.
