Looking to move some laundry washing machine and sink tap outlets. These are all wall located at the moment. I'd like to blank the washing machine hot water and move the cold down 500mm & over 500mm. The sink taps, I'd like to move over 1.4m and down 500mm. At present, the laundry is stripped bare, no cabinets, no splashback and I'd like to have the water outlets positioned inside the cabinets, once the cabinets go in. Walls would need to be chased to move the outlets and I'd like blanked outlets only.

Will supply fly screen mesh but also needs 8 lengths composite decking removed to get screen out

Good chance tile removal will damage the wall behind it and therefore will need drywall repaired and waterproofing as well. Need four small stumps removed. Pretty straight forward if you have a chain saw. We have a skip bin in driveway so need to also be put in there.

Need two leaky taps fixed. One is over the bathtub (first pic). This one can just be shut off without a replacement. The other in the shower can either be fixed or replaced. I've been told these taps are a bit special.

Change taps on 2 sinks to quarter turns, if price is reasonable id like to change the shower taps to quarter turns too. Affordability is key. Nothing too expensive please. Thanks.

Previous owners dog chewed the door frames in the bathroom and near the front door. Would love someone to make it look nice and new again 😁 Also attempted to patch a hole in the ceiling and now can’t reach to sand it down and make it look nice. Unsure of how much this would actually cost so just putting budget at $100 but am definitely willing to go higher if needed/required. Remove Corner Spa Bath and take downstairs with minimal damage to existing tiles etc. Will replace with a shower.
