The toilet seat has come loosened come off all of the pieces are there. The screws, etc. Not obvious apparently they’re inside the ceramic somehow I don’t know. My friend fixed her exactly the same as her House, but she’s overseas at the moment so I can’t get her to do it . I think I probably need a plumber, even though it might be more simple than that .
